  • The frames you see in the photos? Just for show! 🎨 Your portrait will be delivered as a digital file — ready for you to print and frame however you like.

    🎨 Colors come from my curated palette. I may adjust or swap certain details within your selection to make sure your pet stands out beautifully (for example, creating enough contrast with their fur).

  • Because each portrait is custom-made just for you, all sales are final and non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. If you need to make a change to your order (like photos or background color), please contact me within 48 hours of purchase.

  • You can request changes (like background colors) within 48 hours of placing your order. After that — and once your final portrait is delivered — no revisions or changes are available.
