You can request changes (like background colors) within 48 hours of placing your order. After that — and once your final portrait is delivered — no revisions or changes are available.

Right after checkout, you'll get a confirmation email that includes a short form to upload clear photos of your pet and fill in your card text.

All Christmas Edition Portraits need to be ordered by December 1.
They will be delivered to your email by December 10, so you have time to print and mail before Christmas. -
The snow globe and ornament fit 1 pet. The stamp fits 2 pets (dogs, cats, or one of each).

You'll get two versions: a letter-size file to print at home (2 cards per sheet, double-sided, then cut) and a 5×7 file to upload to a print shop like Shutterfly, FeDex, Walgreens, etc.
A step-by-step guide is included. -
Yes! Use your returning-client code at checkout (check your inbox, or email me for it), and answer Yes to "Are you using a portrait I've already drawn?" in the form.
I'll adapt your existing portrait to fit the design; full-body portraits may be cropped to head and shoulders.
